Since we’re into communication, it’s important to us to have open conversations with our clients. We ask for a 15-minute, weekly call to make sure we and our clients are on the same page. Outside of a weekly call, our clients call, text, e-mail, and IM all hours of the day, and we’re glad to connect with them.
Philosophy: Content Marketing
Unlike traditional marketing efforts, or outbound marketing, we believe inbound marketing is what will grow your business. Outbound marketing requires your business to advertise, and to have a budget that allows for enough frequency and reach. Outbound marketing is still effective, but fewer businesses can afford to do it right.
Inbound marketing depends on your business creating value for your audience, and that value is in the form of content that is designed to engage, entertain, and educate your audience. Content can include blogs, case studies, white papers, e-books, free advice, e-mail newsletters, and various forms of social media. We know you’ve got something to say. It’s our commitment to help you say it effectively, and to position your business as the experts in your space.
While it’s important to stick to a certain approach to marketing, such as inbound marketing, we don’t believe a strategy should be written annually and never challenged. Committing to your marketing approach brings stability, but keeping the details flexible is most effective.
We typically use Drop Box or another free file sharing service. Anytime we create content for you to review, we’ll add it to Drop Box and send you an e-mail letting you know what to review. Our clients love the convenience of Drop Box, which is free and synchronizes on any computer or smart phone.
