Collaborating with clients leads to success. Great minds think alike, and sometimes they think differently. We value listening to clients and working together to position their businesses for growth.
Idea Collaboration
We have many ideas, but our best work has been a result of working closely with clients and building upon each other’s ideas. The longer we work with you and learn your business, our cooperative efforts result in stronger ideas.
Communication
Since communication is at the foundation of our business, it’s important to us to have open conversations with our clients. We ask for a 15-30 minute weekly call to make sure we and our clients are on the same page. Outside of a weekly call, our clients call, text, e-mail, and Skype all hours of the day, and we’re glad to connect with them.
Content Collaboration
Unlike traditional marketing efforts, or outbound marketing, marketing best practices show inbound marketing is what will grow your business. Outbound marketing requires your business to advertise, and to have a budget that allows for enough frequency and reach. Outbound marketing is still effective, but fewer businesses can afford to do it right.
Inbound marketing depends on your business creating value for your audience, and that value is in the form of content that is designed to engage, entertain, and educate your audience.
Content can include:
- Blogs
- Case studies and success stories
- E-books
- White papers
- Articles
- E-mail newsletters
- Infographics
- Social Media
We know you’ve got something to say. It’s our commitment to help you say it effectively, and to position your business as the experts in your space.
We work with you, or your company’s subject mater experts, to create marketing content.
Strategy
We employ marketing best practices in marketing strategies for our clients. Marketing best practices are the foundation of marketing strategies, yet, we listen to our clients to understand what’s distinct about their business and tailor the strategy around that.
Establishing Brand Position
We use a proven process to clarify your brand position. Once that’s established, that determines the message we share in marketing communications.
It’s a common scenario that the CEO describes the business differently than the sales team, and the CFO has an even different understanding. Our brand position work gets everyone on the same page.
File Sharing
We typically use Drop Box or another file sharing service. Anytime we create content for you to review, we’ll add it to Drop Box and send you an e-mail letting you know what to review.
Our clients love the convenience of Drop Box, which is free and synchronizes on any computer or smart phone.
